kavi kumar azad wiki : Kavi Kumar Azad was an Indian actor and standup comedian. He rose to the fame in the character of Dr. Hansraj Hathi in the popular TV comedy show Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chasma. A kind hearted person, Mr. Kavi was suffering from many ailments, including cardiac problem, hypertension and high blood sugar. He never allowed these health issues to become problematic to his acting. Unfortunately, he died on 9th July, 2018. The reason was massive heart attack.
He was born in Sasaram, Bihar, India. He was interested in acting and writing. In his leisure time, he wrote poems.
Soon after completing his studies, he went to Mumbai to try his luck in films. Early in his career, he worked in several short films and played small roles in some films. He acted in the 2001-2003 DD national TV superhero show Junior G as a funny police inspector. He gained popularity from the show Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, which was started in July 2008. He played the role of Dr. Hansraj Hathi, a resident of Gokuldham Society, hailing from Bihar. He died on 9 July 2018 in Mumbai due to cardiac arrest.His funeral was held in Mira Road, Mumbai.
Kavi was also a poet. He had also worked in few movies, including Aamir Khan's Mela and Funtoosh. The filmy career couldn't take off and hence Kavi decided to concentrate on TV.
Kavi Kumar was considered as one of the most hilarious characters of Tarak Mehta Ka Ulta Chasma.
Relationship Status: Unmarried. He was living in his Mira Nagar apartment with his parents and elder brother's family.
