Diana Penty wiki : Diana Penty ( born 2 November 1985) is an Indian model and film actress who appears in Hindi films. She began her modelling career in 2005 when she was signed up by Elite Models India. Penty made her acting debut in 2012 with the romantic comedy film Cocktail. Her performance in the film garnered praise, and earned her a nomination for Filmfare Award for Best Female Debut.
After a four-year sabbatical from acting, Penty played a free-spirited runaway bride in the comedy film Happy Bhag Jayegi; she garnered praise for her performance and the film went on to become a sleeper hit grossing over ₹391 million. She went on to feature in the prison film Lucknow Central (2017) and the action film Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran (2018).
Penty is also an active celebrity endorser for such brands as TRESemmé and Nokia.
Diana Penty was born on 2 November 1985 in Mumbai to a Parsi father and a Christian mother. She attended St. Agnes High School in Mumbai, and graduated with a bachelor's degree in Mass Media from St. Xavier's College.She started her career in modeling as a part-timer.
Diana is praised for her work in Cocktail and Happy Bhaag Jayegi. She also portrayed the character of a IB agent in the patriotic thriller, Parmanu: The Story of Pokhran.
